Aaron explores the ruins of the 10-Stamp Mill built by the La Plata Mining Mining Company in 1867. Silver ore from the nearby mines was processed here. The mill operated for only 2 years.
  We had to wait for a thunder storm to pass before we could hike around and do some exploring.
