May of 2005 couldn't make up it's mind, one minute it's sunny, the next
We would like to thank Jim (the owner of this mining camp) for letting Alysia, Cat, Guy, Wild Bill, and myself explore his mining camp and for sharing some great story's about the history of the area.
Gold and Silver were discovered here in 1893 and over $500,000 was recovered between 1893-1903 with a total production of $2,000,000! In 1893 a 5-Stamp mill was installed and from 1898-1905 the mining camp had a post office. According to Jim, the mining camp had a population of over 250, a 2-Stamp Mill (which he recently sold), and it's own Baseball team.
Let's explore Jim's Mining Camp
